Life
May 11, 2007 by RevLurch.
Haven’t posted in a while because life has been a little busy. Had to buy a new car. My 1995 Dodge Spirit with 195000 miles finally gave up the fight. Actually, the mechanic told me it was time. The car still runs, sort of. It is still sitting in my driveway and some ministry may come of it, yet. Stay tuned.
Another thing keeping me busy is preparing for the arrival of a Leader Dog Puppy in our home. We will raise him for a year and then he will be trained and paired with a blind person for his job. Most people we have talked to in our town have been supportive and ready to welcome him into their homes and businesses.
One last thing–The Loft Youth Center in Luckey has been going well. We have been opened Friday nights and Saturday afternoons this month and we have had good turn outs so far. It’s been exciting to see this ministry start to get off the ground and I look forward to what God is doing in the lives of youth in our community.
